I agree with Craig on the matter of Yonkyo, it's one we do little coverage of and do think that it would be a last choice in a grading situation.

So, missing training due to work, illness and other difficulties, I'm feeling less confident every passing day. :/
It doesn't help that last weeks illness has left me getting out of breath climbing two flights of stairs!
Ah well, a week to get 'match fit' should be enough, right? Right! Go BTAF!

Nice sentiment Jay, but unfortunately not the case. If I could willpower myself fit, I'd be like a Greek God. Well, a different one anyway. Reckon I could pass as Adephagia. Lol.
