I think it might be time to do another event again.I have been a bit slack over the last several years infact the last event i organised and participated in was in 2009 being a 120 mile bike ride for multiple sclerosis...now that i have met all you wonderful people and discovered aikido i feel my passion and drive is burning again.Im thinking of doing the east to west walk (hull to liverpool) as recently done by commedienne Jo Brand.The charity id like to raise funds for this time is diabetes uk.My wife has type one diabetes so to me its a charity close to my heart.I have been an active fund raiser for many years and im hoping to start arranging this one soon.If any of you guys would like to join me in my quest or assist in fund raising please let me know

Thankyou Sensei it will be a good weight loss exercise if nothing else...these kind of things are an excellent way to test yourself mentally...question is...have i still got it ??

As i previously mentioned im planning to do the east to west walk..my mrs has signed me up for a little 21 miler warm up for Adapt charity (prem babies) with whom she works with closely in her role as an nhs senior play specialist.As one or two of you are aware my wife Aly and i had a little boy who was born asleep 4years ago so again this charity is important to us..so if anyone wants to sponsor me or walk it with me let me know and ill get you the details
